However, decent high school/university Spanish classes and tests like the AP Spanish Exam are designed to allow only those who are in the realm of actually being able to speak Spanish to do well. FLUIDEZ also believes that there is a certain level of respect for advanced grammar that is necessary for most normal people to get to that top level of speaking Spanish. Thus, this program contains many explanations, homework assignments and special lines of thought that have purposely and successfully been used many times in preparation for school classes and tests like the AP Spanish Exam.

  • For how long will I have access to this course? Will there be other fees?

    The one-time payment of 99 dollars gives you access to all of FLUIDEZ indefinitely. It’s the equivalent of at least 17 one-on-one lessons for the laziest person and infinitely more for a even a decent worker who does their honest best to follow the instructions and take advantage (Keep in mind that just ONE one-on-one online lesson with the teacher who designed FLUIDEZ is over 60 US dollars for a single hour).

  • Is there a FLUIDEZ app?

    At the present time, no. However, FLUIDEZ was designed to run great from your phone’s mobile browser so you can study whenever you want on the go with an internet connection! You can also easily add it as a mobile web app to your phone's Home screen, if you desire. For example, when on the FLUIDEZ site in the Chrome browser on your phone, just click the three vertical dots on the top right and then click on Add to Home screen. FLUIDEZ works great on laptops, desktop computers, tablets and cell phones, anywhere there is an internet connection.

  • Is there any customer/technical support?

    All inquiries can be sent by email to [email protected]. FLUIDEZ is powered by THINKIFIC, probably the most popular provider of the necessary tools to create teaching programs of all sorts. The technical and practical instructions you will receive to go through the course are clear and intuitive to almost everybody. And if there are problems, most are resolved by confirming the strength of your internet connection, restarting your computer one or multiple times or using a different device. Also, please check the other frequently asked questions below that deal with possible technical issues.

  • I can’t log onto the site.

    You may have forgotten your password. Reset it. Go to fluidez.thinkific.com. Click Sign in and then select Forgot my password. After inputting your email address and selecting Forgot my password, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. This email can take up to 5-10 minutes to be received. Note that if you click Forgot my password many times, multiple emails will be sent and only the reset link in the most recent email will work. If you get an error when you click the reset link that says Error: reset token failed, this is usually because you clicked Forgot my password many times and are attempting to use an old link. It can also happen if you click on a link that is over 6 hours old.

  • I am having trouble viewing videos or listening to audio files.

    All FLUIDEZ videos are standard .mp4 and all audio files .mp3, which are widely supported across all browsers. Clear the cache and restart the browser. Also, check if you’re using the newest version of the browser. Try a different browser (we like Google Chrome). Try an Incognito / Private Window (this will rule out an issue with browser extensions). Restart the device (it's cliche but it works!). If possible, try a different device! If possible, try a different internet connection! School and/or corporate firewalls occasionally block some video providers. If a video loads in the player, or loads and then shows a spinning wheel/loading icon, you'll want to check if your device's operating system is fully up-to-date. If a video doesn’t play from the beginning, this is likely due to the Course Player saving your progress in the course. Information such as where you left off in a video is saved as a cookie in your web browser. If this is bothering you, sign in to your account and view the lesson in an incognito or private window. If this solves the issue, you can try the above browser refresh steps to reset where the video begins in your normal browser window. If a video lesson won't autoplay and this is bothering you, consider that Safari has released an update so that you can now toggle on/off whether a site will obey auto-play. If you are using Safari, check your browser settings to enable auto-play for the FLUIDEZ site.

  • I’m not seeing the correct course on my Student Dashboard.

    Please confirm that you are not just enrolled in one of the free previews but that you have enrolled in the entire FLUIDEZ course by paying 99 dollars.
